Digital Media Campaign
Boone County was looking to increase the awareness of available Emergency Telecommunicator positions amongst qualified applicants in a way that ultimately led to an increase in employment applications.
Lundmark developed and implemented a digital media strategy targeting most-likely applicants while trying to enhance the diversity of their employee demographics. Targeting tactics employed included site retargeting, geo-fencing, search retargeting, contextual targeting, and behavioral targeting. The digital ads were designed to appeal to an audience that would like to improve their career while making a difference in their community.
The 3 month campaign performed at a high level, generating a .16% CTR. Applications increased more than 250% over the campaign period.
