Lundmark was challenged to create a stronger connection between Color Scents and target audience and build lifelong brand ambassadors due to competition in the marketplace.
Color Scents is a value product line that appeals to consumers who want the quality of name brand products, but are willing to sacrifice “extra” features in exchange for a value price point.
Lundmark focused on Social Media to reach target audience, drive sales and create a loyal following. After developing the plan and strategy to launch Facebook, Lundmark focused on an acquisition campaign to drive “likes” by offering a free sample promotion and followed-up with a content calendar to retain and engage fans.
Within the first few weeks of the Facebook launch, Color Scents generated 150,000+ fans and continues to have a loyal following with strong brand engagement.
