The Challenge
Re-View is a full-service historic window restoration company. Established in 1993, the company recently went through an ownership change and needed to enhance the brand and develop a digital presence with a new website.
The Solution
Lundmark started the process by doing a Re-View brand audit and noticed a lot of inconsistencies across the landscape. Various colors were being used, distorted sizes, and an outdated type. Next, we analyzed the market and studied the competition. It became very apparent that there was strong brand equity amongst the current customer group, but significant lack of awareness outside of current clients.
Based on the findings, Lundmark made some slight modifications to the brand logo by making it more contemporary with stronger colors. Next, we set out to redesign the website making it more modern, more imagery, and easier to follow navigation. Most importantly, we optimized the back end of the website with title tags, meta descriptions, and alt text to elevate the site for search engines.
The Result
Since re-launching the enhanced brand identity and new website, Re-View has seen a spike in traffic and leads grow through the website. Overall revenue has increased and projects are booked more than a year out.
