Content Marketing

The Challenge

TeamSupport provides comprehensive customer support software for B2B organizations. Although they occasionally posted on social media, they lacked a content strategy and the creative assets needed for a consistent social presence. Lundmark was brought in to develop a content library primarily for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, aimed at targeting this B2B audience.

The Solution

A Discovery session was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the business, industry, and social media objectives. Lundmark then created a content library, including post copy and corresponding creative visuals, for over fifty posts that could be scheduled throughout the year. The content focused on categories such as case studies, webinars, product landing pages, videos, and new partner announcements.

The Result

TeamSupport was thrilled with the developed library of assets, which helped position them as industry leaders. Their social media engagement increased across all platforms, leading to a rise in product trials, webinar registrations, and sales demo inquiries.
